Santa is coming to the Fort Steuben Mall! Plan your visit for this Christmas season and let us do our part in capturing your memories with Santa. We are offering very affordable print packages which are absolutely loaded with photos. If you just want a digital photo we offer that as well.
Although a reservation isn't necessary, it is recommended and it will allow you to skip to the front of the line. A $25 deposit is required to reserve a time with Santa and your deposit will be credited to your photo purchase but please note that you will be required to pay sales tax at the time of your photo order. Due to the limited number of reservation slots available, there are no refunds for cancellations after 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, unused credit, or a child's refusal to sit with Santa. If you need to cancel or reschedule prior to 24 hours of your scheduled appointment please contact uPrint Photography (DO NOT CONTACT THE MALL). If all time slots are taken, rescheduling may not be an option. Depending on the number of people waiting, your time with Santa may be limited. If you've made a reservation, please have your child(ren) ready and at the reservation entrance by your scheduled appointment time. Just don't stress out if you're a little late because Jr. spilled ketchup on his new shirt. We're easy to get along with and we have kids, too. All prints will have a luster finish. Orders will generally be ready between 1 day and 1 week, depending on order volume. They can be picked up at the uPrint Photography location inside the Fort Steuben Mall until Dec. 23, 2022, after which they must be picked up at our studio in Toronto, Ohio. There will also be an option to have them mailed directly to you. If you purchase a Digital Photo, you will receive an email with a private link to your file. Check your spam folder if you don't receive the email within 1 week.
